1. General Disclaimer

Washed, Scrubbed, and Polished. A Cleaning Company, LLC provides residential cleaning services to maintain a clean and healthy environment. While we strive for the highest quality of service, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains, odors, allergens, or contaminants. Client satisfaction is important to us, and we encourage open communication regarding service expectations.  Additionally, the business is not responsible for cleaning areas that contain clutter or hazardous materials.

2. Liability Disclaimer

Washed, Scrubbed, and Polished. A Cleaning Company, LLC is insured and takes every reasonable precaution to ensure the safety of your home and property. However, we are not liable for:  Pre-existing damage, damage caused by faulty or improperly installed fixtures/furnishings, items not disclosed as fragile or valuable, accidental damage or breakage, unless due to proven negligence.  Regarding damage to surfaces like marble, granite, or hardwood floors, it is assumed that they are sealed and ready to clean without causing harm.  Please secure or remove cash, jewelry, essential documents, and valuables before your scheduled cleaning. Washed, Scrubbed, and Polished. A Cleaning Company, LLC is not responsible for missing items unless clear and verifiable evidence of wrongdoing is presented.

3. Health & Safety Disclaimer

We use industry-standard cleaning products. If you have allergies, sensitivities, or require special cleaning solutions, please notify us in advance.  Washed, Scrubbed, and Polished. A Cleaning Company, LLC is not liable for reactions caused by undisclosed sensitivities or exposure to products used during the service.

4. Entry & Security Disclaimer

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure access to the property on the scheduled cleaning day. If entry cannot be made due to locked doors or other obstructions, our cancellation policy applies.  Washed, Scrubbed, and Polished. A Cleaning Company, LLC is not responsible for home security once we have exited the premises.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Disclaimer

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the expected service or no less than $50. Repeated cancellations may result in suspension of service.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee Disclaimer

If you are unsatisfied with your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours. We will return to re-clean the area in question at no additional charge. After 24 hours, any additional service will be billed as a new appointment.

7. Pet Disclaimer

Please secure pets during service. [Business Name] is not responsible for pets that escape, are injured, or become ill during cleaning due to open doors, noise, or product exposure unless negligence can be demonstrated.

9.  Confidentiality

At Washed, Scrubbed, and Polished. A Cleaning Company, LLC, we value and respect the privacy of our clients. All personal, financial, and household information obtained in the course of providing cleaning services is treated as strictly confidential.  Information regarding our client’s identity, address, home layout, security systems, alarm codes, personal belongings, and any other sensitive or private matters will be kept strictly confidential. It will not be disclosed to any third party without the client’s express written consent, unless required by law.
