Comprehensive Detail Service (Deep Cleaning):

This includes all services within a standard cleaning and then goes beyond, including cleaning under furniture and inside appliances, and detailed cleaning of baseboards, window frames, and light fixtures.

This could include spot cleaning carpet and upholstery.

Green ECO Cleaning:

Our eco-friendly cleaning service employs products and practices that reduce environmental impact and promote health. This includes selecting products made from natural, biodegradable ingredients, utilizing reusable cleaning tools, and minimizing waste through conscious consumption and disposal. 

Our Eco-friendly cleaning products use ingredients such as vinegar, baking soda, lemon juice, and castile soap, among others, that are derived from natural sources and are biodegradable. 

Our products are also packaged in recycled or recyclable materials, and we choose refillable containers to reduce plastic waste. 

We avoid products containing harsh chemicals such as phosphates, chlorine, and artificial fragrances, which can be harmful to humans, pets, and the environment. 

Lastly, we use brands prioritizing cruelty-free and vegan products, ensuring no animal testing or animal-derived ingredients are used. 

Luxury Reset Service (Seasonal / Move-In/Move Out):

A move-out cleaning involves thoroughly cleaning the entire property to ensure it's in move-in condition for the next occupants. This includes cleaning all surfaces, appliances (inside & out), lighting & plumbing fixtures, baseboards, walls, windows, and floors. Specific tasks include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing bathrooms and kitchens, and cleaning the inside and outside cabinets. While this includes similar services of a standard or deep clean, this is a much more extensive service.

Post Construction Cleaning:

Post-construction cleaning is a specialized service that thoroughly cleans a newly constructed or renovated home, removing debris, dust, and construction residue to ensure the space is ready for occupancy. It involves a comprehensive cleaning of all surfaces, including walls, floors, windows, and ceilings, and the removal of reasonable construction waste and any remaining debris.  Key aspects of our post-construction cleaning service include the following:

Debris removal: Removing small construction materials, wood scraps, drywall, and other debris left behind.

Dust removal: Addressing all dust and dirt accumulated during construction, including surfaces, woodwork, and fixtures.

Surface cleaning: Cleaning walls, floors, windows, and other surfaces to remove stains, smudges, and construction residue.

Interior cleaning: Cleaning ceilings, lights, fans, heaters, and other fixtures.

Window cleaning: Ensuring windows are clean inside and out (assuming they may be tilted), including window frames.

Sanitization: Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens to meet health and safety standards.

Sticker and label removal: Removing all stickers and labels from furniture, windows, and other installations.

Final walkthrough: This involves a final walkthrough with the property owner to ensure the space is clean and ready for occupancy.

Entertainer’s Signature Service (Special Occasion Cleaning):

Special occasion cleaning is a specialized cleaning service tailored to prepare your space for a specific event or gathering, or to clean up after one.

Generally, it includes:

Preparing the space: Cleaning and tidying areas where guests will be present to ensure a welcoming, positive first impression.

Detailed cleaning: Special attention is paid to areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces, with tasks like scrubbing, sanitizing, dusting, and floor care.

Focus on high-touch surfaces: To promote cleanliness and hygiene, surfaces like doorknobs, light switches, and handrails are wiped down and sanitized.

Trash and recycling management: Efficient handling of waste and recycling is crucial both before and after the event.  Our team will address this through waste removal before & after.

Carpet and floor care: Thorough vacuuming and mopping to ensure floors are clean and presentable.

Window cleaning: Windows and glass surfaces are cleaned to maximize natural light and create a brighter space.

Post-event cleanup: This often involves thorough cleaning, such as vacuuming, mopping, and wiping surfaces. It also involves properly disposing of trash and assisting with any rented equipment pack-up or returns.

Additional Potential Charges:

To ensure we deliver the highest quality results for every home, certain conditions may require additional time, labor, and specialized products. Homes with excessive pet hair, heavy grease buildup (such as in kitchens), or significant clutter or trash accumulation often require more intensive cleaning efforts beyond a standard service. In these situations, an additional charge may apply to cover the extra resources required to properly restore the space. We always strive to communicate this transparently and respectfully, and any potential adjustments will be discussed in advance to avoid surprises. Our goal is to provide exceptional service while being fair and considerate of each client’s unique needs.
