On this one, it's up to you. We understand everyone's preference may be different so this one is up to you! We understand that some wish to meet our staff while some are comfortable leaving a hidden key or providing a garage or alarm code. Again this up to you. You are not required to stay home for the duration of the service unless you choose.

In order for us to spend the time on the areas in need, we ask that items are put away, floors are picked up to the best of your ability, surfaces are cleared off and so on. In the event of areas that have heavy clutter, knickknacks etc., our staff will clean around these items.

If you will not be present for the appointment, you may either leave your form of payment for us to retrieve or provide your credit card details during appointment set up.

Our cleaning staff does not move furniture other than chairs, small ottomans and small items as part of our regular services. To ensure areas under larger items are getting attention, we use a dusting tool to dust under if the furniture allows. We can also use your vacuum if the configuration allows.

If you wish for larger furniture items to be moved and underneath areas to be cleaned, please mention this and a quote can be provided.

The first step is to schedule a quote. Once we receive your quote request we will schedule an in person appointment, providing a quote that day. Once the quote is approved by you, you'll be scheduled for your first cleaning!

Our company is a fully insured cleaning service with general liability insurance. We are a registered LLC and a company in good standing with the state of Ohio. In addition, our employees backgrounds are reviewed at the Federal and State level, which includes a drug screening.

Don't worry! We understand your life can be hectic and crazy busy. That's why we send text messages and email reminders both 3 days and 24 hours in advance of your appointment. Lastly, we will alert you the day of as to when our staff is on their way and when they have completed the cleaning. If something changes on our end we will contact you directly to discuss.

Our company provides all of the cleaning supplies, mops, paper towels, and or cleaning towels. For allergy and sanitation purposes, we ask that you provide the vacuum, although a waiver can be provided if you'd like us to use our company vaccum.

We are pet lovers! While pets are usually the highlight of our work day we do recommend that you keep your pet somewhere they and you will be comfortable. If that is free roaming the house, great. If that is in a kennel, that's great as well. It's important to understand that not all furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. Please let us know how you'd like us to handle your pet ahead of time to keep both us and them safe and happy.
